Problem 1-4: Skittles

In one of the offices at Harvard, there is a free candy machine with Skittles, Mike and Ike’s, and M&M’s. In this problem you are to guess the number of Skittles.

Your program will simulate this by generating a random number between 0 and 1023 and then the user of your program will guess until they guess right.
